Returns Policy
 
All of my headpieces are handmade by me and made to order, therefore they cannot be returned.  You are invited to book a complimentary design consultation in my studio in Torquay or via video call or online. When you order a bespoke headpiece I will require a £50 non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking. You will be kept up to date the whole way through the design process with videos and photographs. Only when you are happy with the headpiece, the final payment will be required.  
 
Bespoke orders cannot be returned after collecting them or receiving in the post unless there is a fault with the item that cannot be rectified. Booking fees paid are non refundable and you will be required to pay the return postage (I recommend a Signed For service). You must contact me via email and I will confirm the receipt of the return. Your headpiece must be returned within 14 days of receiving your headpiece and it should be unused with any tags still attached. 
 
If you require the measurement to be made bigger or smaller or require something to be changed, added or taken away please get in touch but please note that this may require extra payment for my labour and additional materials.  

Website shop orders are made to order and therefore cannot be returned unless there is a fault. If you think your accessory might have a fault please email me within 7 days of receiving your order stating the reason for your return and photographs if applicable. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your accessory (I recommend first class tracked or next day delivery). Upon receiving the item I will then issue a full refund, if I believe the product to be faulty, as long as it is unused and in the same state as it was made, any tags still attached and in its original packaging. You cannot receive a refund for changing your mind. Please get in touch with me before placing your order if you have any questions about the dimensions, look or feel of a material etc. I will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. I am a one woman band and make every order as it comes in.
 
Every effort will be made the represent our beautiful materials accurately but due to the natural qualities of the materials used, some variations in the colour or shape could occur. I cannot accept any responsibility for any variations due to the device you are viewing the photo or video from. I am happy to send you a sample of a material if you have paid your £50 non-refundable booking fee. 
 
I am not liable for failure to deliver goods due to circumstances beyond my control.
