Safety
 
My headpieces are made with wires so please be aware that some may contain exposed wire, small parts and sharp components. Due to their delicate nature care must be taken when handling, styling your hair with them and wearing them. You will be supplied with advice on how to care for your accessory. 

Design Consultations

You will receive a complimentary design consultation via video call or in person in my studio. Any further appointments will incur a further cost of £20.00 an hour (excluding collection of your order from the studio).

Postage 

I offer a first class signed for service and next day delivery via Royal Mail. I am not responsible for any delays or parcels lost but I will contact Royal Mail to try and resolve the problem if this happens.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs or items that are returned to sender for any reason.
