Claire was so helpful in creating a bespoke order for myself and my five bridesmaids and flower girl; all of whom had something slightly different. We went through initial ideas together and she was in contact every step of the way to make sure she created the perfect product for our wedding. Nothing was too much and the final products were absolutely stunning. Not only were they delivered quickly but came beautifully wrapped, making them the perfect gift for my bridal party to keep long after the wedding. I could not recommend Claire enough.

Claire created floral crowns for myself and my four bridesmaids for my wedding day. Her service was highly professional, but also incredibly personal as she took the time to Facetime me with ideas and designs to ensure my order was perfect.

When I received my order I was not only touched by her level of love and care with the packaging but also just how beautiful the headpieces were. They are incredibly durable, whilst looking as delicate as real flowers.

I won bespoke bridal headpieces for my wedding through a competition and as soon as I contacted Claire she was nothing but helpful. After realising that we were local to each other, we arranged a meeting. Claire was brilliant, bringing sample flowers and designs for us to see first hand. They were beautiful and I knew my hair pieces were in safe hands. After deciding on colours and designs, my now husband, asked about button holes. Although this wasn’t part of the original competition, Claire was more than accommodating and we decided on 4 hair pieces, a flower crown and 7 button holes. 

Claire kept me updated the whole way through the design process with images and emails. When they were complete, Claire hand delivered them to us, delicately packed amongst tissue paper. She even included a little card to wish us luck which was a beautiful, personal touch. 

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome. They were easy to work with and my hairdresser commented on the quality and design. As I didn’t have a veil, the dainty flowers were the perfect finish to my look.

I ordered the Ivybridge hairpiece and 2 flower garlands for my flower girls for my wedding in August. I emailed Claire about my order and she responded very quickly. Her communication was very prompt and very warm. She is so friendly and personable, sending regular updates on the order and even a video message showing the completed goods. The head pieces were beautifully wrapped complete with a lovely card from Claire. The service felt very personable and the headpieces themselves were perfect. Claire has created a beautiful hair vine for myself, 3 beautiful combs for my bridesmaids and a beautiful clip for my Mum for my big day next year. As I live locally, my mum and I met at with Claire at her house and talked through all of our ideas; with Claire showing me lots of pictures and examples of ideas. Claire was so welcoming and friendly, making the whole experience so enjoyable. Once we’d had the initial bride consultation Claire was always in contact showing me the... progress of the hairpieces, keeping me involved along every step. I received the finished pieces last week and i, along with the other 4 members or my bridal party are so in love with them! They are more beautiful than I can have imagined, and the effort that Claire went to to find the perfect colour Swarovski crystals to match my colour scheme makes them so unique and special to my big day. It has made me so excited to wear them next year! I cannot recommend Claire highly enough!

I asked Claire to do my wedding flowers because I had previously bought a really pretty headband off the website which was absolutely stunning.

Claire surpassed all of my expectations - she listened to all of my requirements in detail and made some great suggestions too. I had previously bought headbands from her before and thought they were beautiful and I wanted something special for my wedding day.

They were made very quickly and before I knew it had arrived in the post, beautifully wrapped with a personal message.

Claire Austin is both patient and talented person. From my brief Claire designed and created a beautiful birdcage headdress with matching chiffon flowers and crystals perfectly to my deep red wedding dress and jewellery. During the process Claire regularly updated me with texts, email and pictures during the ...process to make sure that I was happy with how the headdress was progressing, even when I changed a few things Claire was more than happy help and changed what was needed to make sure it was perfect for my wedding day.

Claire created me a beautiful Lustleigh hair vine with pearls, Swarovski crystals and paper flowers. She also made me 2 gorgeous flower girl crowns with rose gold and ivory mini paper flowers. I originally only purchased x3 of the “Thank you for being my bridesmaid” rose hair grips for the girls which were just beautiful. When I collected them I started talking to Claire about having a bespoke hair piece for myself. I showed her a picture of what I had in mind and with 1 week to go before my wedding - having no time to get anymore materials other than what she had at home, she created my beautiful bridal comb.

What a professional and talented lady Claire is, she sent me continuous photos and videos of her making it to keep me in the loop and from the beginning I knew I would love it!

I had my wedding in Spain and used Claire Austin for my bridal hair piece and bridesmaids hair piece. It was so easy to order and she kept in touch with me the whole time as we messaged back and fourth from Australia sending me pictures of exactly what I wanted.

No detail was too small to change. I wasn't living in London at the time so I was concerned as I wasn't going to see them before my wedding. There was no need to worry because they arrived at my mums in plenty of time and in great packaging so my mum was able to transport them to Spain without them getting squashed. When I saw them I was so happy. Claire even included beautiful clips for my bridesmaids. I couldn't recommend her any more. They were just perfect! My little sisters still wear their flower girls head bands a year on <3
